Where will you work : : You will be part of a dynamic environment where we push the boundaries on what you can (and maybe shouldn’t) do in Salesforce! Our autonomous scrum teams work to deliver development excellence whilst delivering business value to ensure we are impactful in the work we do.
Our platform currently handles 10.000 cases per week, with our companies total reach of 800.000 contacts per year. We have the luxury of using Salesforce at scale, so your engineered solutions will help us grow in size and support scaling. We are heavy users of Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning capabilities, and we support an integration with our Home built React Native app. We use SFDX, and second generation packaging, along with CI/CD to support our development process to remove manual developer steps. We like to investigate and use bleeding edge Salesforce technologies, so you’ll get to challange yourself and your skillsets.
What we need:
We are looking for a Middle+ Salesforce developer who has excellent knowledge on Salesforce development (both configuration and apex). You must know how a certain feature must be built and which Salesforce tool (process builder, flow, apex or something else) serves the requirement keeping bigger picture in mind. You must have good understanding of GIT, CI/CD and design patterns. You get energy from coaching your peers and you push for high coding standards and quality. Building the product right should be your aim. You must have good architectural overview on platform limitations and capabilities and must have good opinion on how things should be developed and co-own Salesforce architecture. This might mean not only highlighting problems but also guiding towards solutions should be the approach.
You must take end-to-end responsibility when working on a requirement and know how to handle conflicts and difference in opinions.

Certifications
- Salesforce Application developer 1 and/or 2.
